HOW TO CHANGE A .TXT FILE TO PREVENT SCROLLING TO THE RIGHT


When you receive an attachment that is a text file (indicated by .txt to the right of the file
name)  which, when opened, have lines of text (lettering) that scroll off the right side of 
the page, making the message unpleasant to read, go to the top of the page to "format" 
and make sure that "word wrap" is checked. If you find there still is a scrolling to the right 
problem, go back to "format" and left click "font", then change the "size" to a lesser value 
till you find a size that eliminates the need for right hand scrolling.

If you have trouble printing a right hand scrolling text file, after doing the steps above, try 
changing the margins in your print settings.
